3. Develop material costs forecasts or standard cost lists.
4. Prepare & analyze various material ratios & variances and submit it to management on timely basis.
5. Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials.
6. Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders
7. Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
8. Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities.
9. Implement new or improved supply chain processes.
10. Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.
11. Ensure proper supervision for inward & outward of stock in warehouse.
12. Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, or receiving.
13. Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, accounts, production (vendors).
14. Maintain proper stock reports & coordinate with Accounts team for zero variances in financial & warehouse stock.
15. Design or implement supply chains that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies.
16. Design, implement, or oversee product take back or reverse logistics programs to ensure products are recycled, reused, or responsibly disposed.
17. Evaluate and select information or other technology solutions to improve tracking and reporting of materials or products distribution, storage, or inventory.
18. Evaluate current logistic operations of the company, negotiate with logistics associates in case of new developments.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education: Preferably CA, CWA, CA ( Inter ), CWA ( Inter ), MBA ( Finance )
2. Work Experience: Prior hands-on experience in Material Resource Planning (MRP) especially in raw material, packaging and transportation planning
