About the Role

JOB SUMMARY
You will be responsible for branding and selling the full professional ranges of Beardo products into Key Account Regional "multi-site" professional salons - in additional to the consumer FMCG range into the same accounts & other market/s. This will involve a good working knowledge of the products and a strong ability to nurture and develop exiting business relationships. You will be tasked with increasing brand distribution within a proven portfolio of accounts.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations, ATL events, consumer research, digital marketing; updating calendars.
• Construct brand equity and visibility through creation of strategic alliances with other brands, media channels and using own platforms to reach the target audience
• Represent the organization as a progressive leader in the industry in order to capitalize the company position, image and revenue potential.
• Develop and ensure that the brand strategies are followed across all channels, analyze consumer perception, bottle necks for the brand through research and create relevant positioning, communication for the brand.
• Work closely with the creative agency for the development of the promotional material for print and electronic media.
• Conceptualize and develop brand brochures, manuals & visual promotional material and coordinate with vendors for POS material.
• Coordinate with sales team (retail & professional) for on ground marketing initiatives and support them with required efforts.
• Accountable for achieving monthly, quarterly & annual sales volumes through the successful management of all accounts and implementation of joint business plans within our high end key accounts & other accounts as designated.
• Maximize vertical distribution of our brand to ensure widest availability of our products in accounts by developing & leading execution of effective brand building planning.
• Handle distributors and vendors to ensure high service levels with low operational cost.
• Plan annual marketing calendar in coordination with HO against new launch and with the regional sales team for the festive season as per the region.
• Interact with the channel and deploy various schemes, drive market expansion activities, market penetration, footfall generation activities to ensure maximum profitability

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• You should have been actively involved in on the field, facing the customer sales roles in the past 3 years. Selling & marketing professional products direct in to salons
• Your experience has been PAN India and you should be able to communicate fluently and efficiently in English.
• You are able to perform your role professionally in a formal or non-formal environment
• You can multitask and have good time management skills, and are a continuous learner
• You are flexible and adaptive, within your team, own work, and towards customers
• You are credible and confident to talk about our products/services
