About the Role

The person will be the point of contact for the customer and handles the distribution of the brand or set of brands within assigned outlets. The person will be responsible for building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring visibility, achievement of sales targets and delivery of high quality customer service to the existent and potential clients. He/ she will also be responsible for collection of receivables and is the key source of information for movement of goods/brand and as one of the responsibilities is to bring back market feedback.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintaining & increasing sales of company’s products in A & B category salons.
2. Responsible for distributor handling, product placement & distribution.
3. Focus on secondary sales.
4. Adhere to the company’s SOP.
5. Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
6. Provide market feedback to the National Head / Regional Manager / Sr. BDM – Sales regarding movement of goods / brand.
7. Ensure payment of receivables in a timely manner.
8. Build and maintain effective customer relationships in order to build strong loyalty.
9. Handle and respond to existing products queries from clients quickly, effectively and accurately.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education: Graduate / Post Graduate preferably in Marketing.
2. Work Experience: Fresher’s may apply / someone with prior marketing experience will be given preference.

DESIRED PROFILE
1. Should have good knowledge of marketing.
2. Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook.
3. Excellent communication & negotiation skills
4. Able to meet deadlines along with working pressure.
5. Highly innovative and proactive and should operate efficiently under minimal supervision.
6. Should have good presentation and demonstration skills.
